Processing Times

  1.  All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and   holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  2.  You will receive a notification with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  1.  Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $6.99 or FREE for orders over $200.
  2.  Delivery times may vary based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Order Tracking

  1.  Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
  2.  Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear.

Shipping Restrictions

  1.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
  2.  Hazardous or restricted items may not be eligible for international delivery.

Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, shipping delays may occur due to:

  1.  Carrier issues, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand (e.g., holidays).
  2.  Customs processing for international orders.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  1.  If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at   hello@romzan.com with your order number and photos.
  2.  Romzan.com is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses   entered at checkout.
