Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at hello@romzan.com If approved, we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Clearance and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@romzan.com within a reasonable time so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hello@romzan.com.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
